All pieces include the silversmiths materials, craftsmanship, and labor. Natural stone variations and minor characteristics of hand fabrication are expected.
- Customs
- All customs require a initial non refundable deposit to place.
- Requested changes after design approval may affect the price and completion date previously discussed and agreed upon. Lagarto Silver Co. has a right to decline any custom order changes post the initial design approval.
- After work begins, cancellation terms and any compensation for completed labor or purchased materials will be covered by canceling party.
- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- All sales with Lagarto Silver Co. are final.
- If an item arrives broken or damaged the receiving party has 3 days to report the incident so Lagarto Silver Co. can fix or replace items to the best of our capabilities.
